Registration for 2025 field trips will open in early March.
School Field Trips
Our educational tours are an indispensable learning tool that your students will be talking about long after their visit.
Field trips are approximately 60 minutes in length and include activities connecting the tour to classroom curriculum.
What To Know Before You Go
Schools qualify for our field trip rate of $8.50 per person (plus tax) for everyone ages 2 and up, including teachers and chaperones paid for by the school. Field trips must be booked in advance and require one payment to qualify for this rate.
Regular admission price of $15 will apply to any chaperones paying individually.
Memberships are for family visits and cannot be used for Field Trips.
Kindergarten through 5th grade classes from a Tile I school during April and May may qualify for a free field trip, funded through a grant provided by the Floyd family. Available funds and field trip times are limited. Please contact Education@GPZoo.org or call 605.367.8313 x233 if you qualify for this funding.
