Join the Butterfly House & Aquarium (BHA) and Great Plains Zoo (GPZ) for spring Homeschool Half Days on March 27, 2025 and April 11, 2025!

About Homeschool Day
The topic for this spring will be Food Webs! Learn about why and how animals eat what they eat. We will explore the basic concepts of decomposers, herbivores, carnivores, and omnivores, as well as some specialty eaters from around the world.
These educational adventures will include a variety of animal encounters, activities, crafts, learning stations, and keeper talks. Participants will also receive take-home materials to continue learning at home!
The program at BHA is appropriate for grades K-8. The program at GPZ is appropriate for grades preK-5.
Pricing
2 Attendees: $10
4 Attendees: $20
Additional attendees: $5 each

Non-Members:

Please Note: Number of attendees must include adults that plan to accompany children.
Registration Information
- Registration includes admission and activities at BHA/GPZ.
- Attendees will receive wristbands at check-in that will give special access to the event's activities. Each student will also receive a take-home activity packet.
*Children must be accompanied by an adult. One adult may supervise up to 5 children.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be refunded.
